ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR CONTROLLER (RAPPING PROGRAMMER):LAK01\r\n\r\nRAPSCAN is a compact advanced microcontroller based rapping sequential timer used in electrostatic precipitator, which is a clean air pollution control device. To improve collection efficiency and ensure proper functional use of the Rapper, proper sequencing and predetermined hammering accomplished by this controller. ESP set up for a rapping system functionally applied to the collection plates to dislodge the collected dust particles and finally it is handled by Bag filters. A falling weight or fixed rotating hammer controlled by the rapping timer which raps the collection plates, causing vibration that knocks off the dust layer from the collecting electrodes. The functional parameters available in RAPSCAN are programmable via four key pad assembly in the front panel. All programmed values are stored permanently in non-volatile memory (EEPROM). Password protection is provided so that set parameters cannot be tampered by authorized persons. Channel Skip function is applied by setting zero in the parameter setting to disengage the unused channels or rappers. It supports Auto mode and Manual Mode of operation for user convenience and maintenance purpose. The real time setting & program numbers storage facility for multiple programs retentions are possible in our controller using non volatile memory. The communication facility extended using RS485 link for SCADA or PLC for further control & processing the data.\r\n\r\n \r\nBag Filter Controller:LAK02\r\n\r\nBag filters are a cost effective dust extraction system designed and engineered to meet the stringent laws of pollution control. With the users becoming more and more aware of the importance of environmental hygiene, there has been a change in the outlook of industries towards keeping the place of work dust and pollution free. The regulations on emissions for ISO and other certifications also have accelerated the momentum of achieving clean working environment in factories\r\na. 16 channels as a standard output. Channel Skip Facility: Unwanted channel can be skipped through programming.\r\nh. Manual Pulsing: Generally Timer works in Auto Mode. Manual pulsing mode is also provided for cleaning the bags one by one in manual mode. The output channel remains ON till the pulsing key is released.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\nALARM ANNUNCIATOR:LAK03\r\nIn any plant, when a process parameter goes to abnormal limit, the operator has to be alerted immediately, so that he can take corrective action to bring the parameter back to normal. It is available in different models, to suit the no/..Of Channels requirement and the various sensors like RTD, Thermocouple etc., and the no of Channels varies from 8 / 16 / 24. It ensures excellent linearity through smart linearization technique. Front Panel programmable SET value generates the necessary control output by Scanning Process Temperature. Tolerance selection possible in the order 0.1 to 50 % of the set values & Process value accuracy in the range of 0.01 of the full scale value. Two Set Points for Low set and High set (if required) and the Output low and high indication through front panel LED\'s. The Output relay contact rated for 230 Volts / 3 Amps and the Optional RS232/RS485 MODBUS Communication Protocol output provided on request. \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\nProgrammable Sequential Timer:LAK06\r\nMicro Controller based Sequential Timer has the facility to support 4 / 8 /16 channels corresponding 4 / 8 / 16 control outputs for multiple LOAD. This Unit has the provision to count the Time sequences in Hours & Minutes & Seconds and has the facility to SET the required value in the same Format. Front Panel programmable keypad arrangement for data entry and the necessary control output available at the rear side. Single shot mode or cyclic mode and individual Channel Enabling or disabling is possible through programming. The Programmed Set Values are stored in EEPROM. Communication through RS 485 output also available on Request.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nRTD / THERMOCOUPLE TEMPERATURE INDICATOR / CONTROLLER.LAK07\r\nIt is a Micro Controller based Indicator cum controller to indicate & control Temperature at the desired point. Front Panel programmable keypad arrangement for Data Entry to Set Temperature which generates necessary control output through Relays or Solid state relays. The required Alarm Indications in the front panel and control output are available on back Panel. This Unit designed to Indicate / control temperature with RTD / Thermocouple input as sensors. CHP are having number of conveyors. The control systems used for these conveyors are important for operating safe plant. Basically conveyors are dumb, but once equipped with proper control system they yield efficient and safe plant operation. Electronic intelligent conveyor control technology is useful for complex conveying tasks. But in CHP for control of conveyer system still use of simple on/off switches and some forms of speed switches are used. These switches are only play roll of protection up to some limit. If a conveyor system is working well, it is almost invisible to the CHP. A single conveyor can run at close to 100% reliability, but as the number of conveyor increases, the reliability of the conveyor system is mostly depend upon its control system. The control system should be capable to fulfill all the need of CHP operation.\r\nThe existing systems are designed to take care of only conveyor stoppage due to conveyor zero speed and sequential operation. They also ensured of auto operation of dust spray system. The measurement of coal transported is done automatically by this system. But improper system feature could not fulfill CHP operation requirement. At maximum places the simple relay control system with old style mechanical sensing devices are used.\r\n\r\nPrinciple of Operation:\r\nBefore starting conveyor system it is necessary to start first receiving conveyor and then start feeding conveyor i.e. operating logic is from down stream to upstream. For stopping of conveyor system the operation will be opposite i.e. from upstream to down stream. So it is necessary if any conveyor is stopped in the system all the upstream conveyor should stop automatically. The existing system takes care of this logic. This is known as conveyor sequential operation.\r\n\r\n\r\nFor fulfilling the requirement, Electronic intelligent conveyor control system has developed.
